Sub-processors

Last updated 10 September 2026

The third parties we use to run WaveSenda, what each one receives, and where it is. We give 30 days' notice before adding one.

1Who receives what

ProviderWhat it doesWhat it receivesWhere
Contabo GmbHThe server everything runs on — application, database and stored mediaEverything the service holds — accounts, messages, media, contactsGermany (EU)
OpenAI, L.L.C.AI agent replies, message classification, image descriptionsMessage text and knowledge documents sent for a replyUnited States
Voyage AIKnowledge base search (embeddings)Knowledge document text, and the question being answeredUnited States
Deepgram, Inc.Voice note transcription and spoken replies, where enabledAudio of voice notes sent to a connected number, and the text of spoken repliesUnited States
ElevenLabs Inc.Spoken agent replies, where enabledThe text of replies an agent speaks aloudUnited States
Stripe, Inc.Card payments for subscriptions and creditsBilling name, email and payment details — card numbers never reach usUnited States, Ireland

2What none of them may do

None of these providers may use your data for their own purposes. In particular, the AI providers above operate under agreements that prohibit training models on content sent through them — which is why an agent reply costs money per message rather than being paid for with your conversations.

3Changes

We give 30 days’ notice by email and in the console before adding a sub-processor, so you have time to object before it receives anything. Removing one needs no notice.

Optional features are marked as such above: a provider only receives data if you have switched the feature on. Voice transcription is off by default, and card payments are only used if you pay that way.
