Appointment reminder
A reminder the day before and the morning of, with a way to reschedule.
No-shows are the most expensive thing a booked business deals with, and the cheapest fix is a message somebody can answer.
The reminder goes out the day before and again on the morning. Both invite a reply, because the point is not to inform somebody — it is to find out they cannot come while the slot can still be filled.
Change the hours to match how far ahead you book. A business that books weeks out wants the first reminder further back than one that books days out.
The flow, step by step

Wait 16 hours later, then carry on.
Check whether they have replied. If so, the flow ends here and a person takes over.
Good morning {{name}} — see you today. Reply here if anything changes.
