Sell it asyours.
Your clients already ask you to build their website. They are also answering WhatsApp by hand, all day, and losing the messages that arrive after six. You can sell them the thing that fixes it — under your own name, on your own domain, at a price you set, with us invisible behind it.
Three things become yours
The name
Your product name, your logo on light and dark, your favicon, your accent colour, your message on the login screen. The “Powered by Kunshort” line comes off entirely.
The domain
Your clients sign in at a hostname you own. Point a CNAME, publish one TXT record to prove the domain is yours, and the certificate is issued automatically — nobody here edits a config file for it.
The price
We bill you wholesale. What you charge your client is yours, and the money between you and them never passes through us. Set a markup once and your console quotes the retail figure for you.
What it pays
You buy one plan that covers your whole tree. Each client needs at least one connected number, so the unit that matters is what a number costs you wholesale — and on the Business plan that is $4 a month, for 10 numbers.
| Plan | Numbers | You pay, per client | Conservative · 3× | Typical · 5× | Managed service · 8× |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Business | 10 | $4 | $12$80 margin at capacity | $20$160 margin at capacity | $32$280 margin at capacity |
10 clients on the Business plan, each on one number, each charged $20 a month — a five-times markup, which is ordinary for something you also support. That is $200 a month recurring, against the $40 you pay us for the plan that holds them. The work that earns the difference is the setup and the support, not the infrastructure.
Two things that table leaves out, deliberately. AI usage above the allowance included in your plan is billed as it is consumed, so a client running a busy agent costs you more than one running none — price that in rather than discovering it. And a number is the minimum, not the ration: a client who wants a second one, or a standby held in reserve, needs the capacity to exist on your plan.
Who does what
Who this works for
Web agencies
You build a site once and never earn from that client again. This is the same client book, billed monthly, for work you are already trusted to do.
WordPress and WooCommerce
Two plugins in the directory. Your clients’ stores already run WooCommerce, so the order notification and the abandoned cart are a plugin and a key rather than a project.
Automation consultants
An n8n community node, a REST API, five SDKs and an MCP server. If you already sell automations, WhatsApp is the channel your clients’ customers actually read.
Starting
Try it on one real client first
A trial needs no card and runs for 3 days. Connect one number, write one knowledge base, and watch a week of that client's messages get answered before you sell it to anybody.
Write to us for the agreement
Reselling needs a reseller agreement — our terms say so, and it is what makes your clients’ accounts yours to administer. Tell us who your clients are and roughly how many you expect.
Brand it
Upload your logo, set your accent, point your domain and publish the TXT record. The console turns green when the record resolves, and the certificate follows within seconds.
Set your markup
One number in your console. Every price your console quotes follows from it, so there is no second price list to keep in step.
Create a sub-account per client
Name it, invite the owner by email, and they get an invitation from your brand with a link to your domain. Cap what any one of them can consume so a single busy client cannot exhaust your plan.
What you must tell your clients
This is an unofficial WhatsApp integration. It drives a standard WhatsApp account rather than Meta’s Business API, which is contrary to WhatsApp’s terms of service, and a number used this way can be rate-limited or banned. Much of this platform exists to reduce that risk and none of it can remove it.
Say that to a client before they pay you, not after their number goes quiet. A client who knew is a client who keeps a standby number linked and takes your advice about not blasting a list; a client who finds out during an incident is a refund, and they tell people. For a business whose entire revenue depends on one number never going down, the official Cloud API is the right recommendation and you should make it.
You are also answerable for what the accounts under you send. Our acceptable use policy applies to your whole tree, and unsolicited bulk messaging from a sub-account is the one thing that puts every other client on your plan at risk.
Common questions
Do my clients find out that WaveSenda exists?
Not from the console — on your domain, with the platform credit hidden, it is your product. But your contract with them should disclose that you use a third-party provider, the same as it would for hosting, and the honest answer when a client asks directly is yes.
What do I charge?
Whatever your market pays. Set a markup in your console and it quotes the retail price for you, so you are not maintaining a second price list. Agencies that also write the knowledge base and answer the first-line support charge several times wholesale and are not expensive at it.
Can my clients see the API?
Only if you let them. Sub-accounts can be stopped from using the API and from seeing billing, which is what you want when you are selling a finished inbox rather than access to a platform.
Who is responsible if a client gets their number banned?
The number is theirs and the loss lands on them, which is why the conversation above has to happen before they pay. Practically: link a standby number for anybody whose business depends on it, and the handover carries the agents, flows, webhooks and open conversations across.
What happens if my own card fails?
Sending stops; nothing disconnects. Reconnecting a WhatsApp number needs physical access to the handset, so we will never put your clients through a QR code again over a billing lapse. Your sub-accounts keep their numbers, their history and their parent, and you administer them again as soon as you are back on a plan that includes it.
Is there a minimum?
No. One client is a fine place to start, and the trial costs nothing — we would rather you proved it on somebody real than committed to a tier on our say-so.
Tell us about your clients
Who they are, roughly how many, and what they are answering by hand today. We will send the wholesale prices and the reseller agreement, and a person will read it rather than a form.
