Abandoned cart recovery

Ask once, offer help, then stop. Recovers carts without nagging.

5 stepsstarts when you tag someonestops when they replyOnline shop

Somebody put something in a basket and left. The temptation is to chase them, and chasing is what gets a number blocked.

This asks once, an hour later, while the intent is still warm. If they answer, the flow stops and a human takes over — which is the whole point, because a person asking about delivery is a sale you close by talking, not by sending them a third message.

If they say nothing, one final message a day later offers help and ends. Two messages, then silence.

No problem if now is not the time. If you would like a hand or have a question about anything, just reply here and I will help.
