Win back a quiet customer
One honest message to somebody who has gone quiet, and then it lets them go.
A customer who has not bought in months is not won back by a sequence of increasingly desperate offers.
This sends one message that reads like a person wrote it, waits three days, and if there is still nothing, says goodbye properly. That last message is the one people actually reply to, and it also makes leaving easy — which keeps your list made of people who want to hear from you.
Run it deliberately, on a tag you apply, not on a schedule.
The flow, step by step
Hi {{name}} — it has been a while. Is there something we could be doing better? I would genuinely like to know.
Wait 3 days later, then carry on.
Check whether they have replied. If so, the flow ends here and a person takes over.
I will leave you be. If you ever need us, this number still works and someone will answer.
